Growth Starts with the Right People: Welcoming Joe Foley to Intuitive

As CEO of Intuitive Technology Group, I think about growth in terms of what it allows us to do for our customers. Can we bring more expertise to the conversation? Better anticipate their needs? Help them find the talent that makes a meaningful difference in their business?

That kind of growth starts with the right people. People whose skills, perspective, and approach strengthen what we do today while helping us build what comes next.

That’s why I’m excited to officially welcome Joe Foley to Intuitive as our full-time Marketing Practice Lead.

Experience That Strengthens Our Team

Joe brings experience in recruiting, business ownership, and marketing talent solutions. His background includes building and leading a national staffing firm, with a focus on marketing, creative, and fractional talent leadership. That combination gives him an understanding of both the hiring process and the business priorities behind it.

Over the past two months, we’ve had the chance to see Joe’s approach firsthand while he’s been contracting with us. He’s brought valuable skills, thoughtful ideas, and a sense of humor that fits right in. Making it official feels like a natural next step, and we’re excited to have him with us full-time.

Connecting IT, Marketing, and Leadership

One of the things I’m most excited about is how Joe’s marketing talent expertise complements our team’s strength in IT.

Together, we can help clients think beyond an individual opening and consider the people and leadership they need to achieve their broader goals. That may mean finding their next technology leader, adding an experienced marketing executive, or bringing in fractional marketing leadership to guide their next stage of growth.

Joe will recruit across both IT and Marketing while helping shape and grow our Marketing practice. His perspective adds to the conversations we can have with customers and the ways we can help them move forward.

For us, this isn’t about building two separate practices. It’s about bringing complementary expertise together to better support the organizations we serve.

An Intentional Investment in Our Customers

Bringing Joe on board is an intentional investment in our ability to serve both existing and new customers.

For our existing customers, it means additional recruiting capacity, deeper marketing talent expertise, and more opportunities to support their evolving needs. For new customers, it creates an opportunity to get to know Intuitive and our approach: taking the time to understand their business, their team, and what a successful hire looks like.

Our goal isn’t simply to take on more searches. It’s to become a more valuable partner, with the expertise and capacity to deliver on the trust our customers place in us.

Growing Without Losing Who We Are

As we grow, I want us to stay grounded in what makes Intuitive, Intuitive: genuine relationships, honest conversations, and care for the people on both sides of every placement.

Finding the right person goes beyond matching a résumé to a job description. It means understanding how someone’s capabilities, goals, and working style connect with what a team needs to succeed. We bring that same intention to building our own team.

Joe’s experience expands what we can offer, and the way he’s already connected with our crew makes me excited about what we’ll build together.

Welcome aboard, officially, Joe. We’re glad you’re here!
